Recently, I got back into the fitness training and it was good. I have neglected my fitness for about four months due to work commitments. The first couple of weeks was torture, as the body was trying to recover from the neglect. By not constantly keeping up the fitness, the body slacked and cumulated the additional fats.
Just like if we do not constantly practice, we will cumulate bad karma through defiled thoughts and actions. With constant practice, we are more aware of our actions and thoughts. Reciting Namo Amituofo each day to clear away the dirt to our Buddha nature, just like fitness exercise will reduce the fats to our body.
